Our Products
Our products are hand-made using only the finest suppliers of HMC APPROVED halal meat, sourced locally. We use fresh ingredients, grind some of our own herbs & spices to deliver scrumptious, flavour bursting sausages, pies & pasties. We only use natural casings which are hand cleaned, with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.
We also cure & smoke a range of beef & lamb bacon, available in different flavours.
Freezing is natures way of preserving food and we provide our food fresh, highly recommending you use only this method to preserve as soon as a product is received. Benefits of freezing include, reduced risk of food wastage,100% natural process without the requirement of artificial preservatives and additives, and reduce many potential harmful microbes that may lead to food poisoning.
Our minds travel far & beyond to inspire unique mouth watering concoctions, as well as the finest traditional, classic recipes.
Product sizes - Sausages come in 3 variations, a packet of 8 standard sausages. The ring is one large coiled sausage, and chipolata's come in a packet of 14.
Delivery - We ship items 3-7 working days after your order has been placed. We issue an email notification when the order has been dispatched. Your order will be received the following day from when you receive your notification email.
If you require your package on a specific date, please email us so we can ensure the preferred delivery date is possible.
We cannot accept liability for any goods that have been returned to a depot & therefore perished.
As all packages contain perishable goods, it will be the customers responsibility to ensure there is a person available to accept the delivery. If a delivery attemp has been made, & the delivery has failed, due to no one being present, the customer will be liable for the loss of goods as the product will deteriorate. In these circumstances, no claim can be made against Gourmet Halal Kitchen.
If delivery is made by a third party (courier), we are not liable for any damaged goods during transportation once we have dispatched the items to the courier.
Gourmet Halal Kicthen reserves the right to refuse or decline any orders with no explanantion.
We currently have a flat rate shipping fee £9.99.
Our Story
We have always tried every sausage we have come across in every store, hoping to find a very tasty, meaty sausage however it has always been a struggle. The variety of Halal sausages on offer never seemed to satisfy our palette.
With a passion for cooking & a desire to only eat the best, we decided to take things into our own hands make our own sausages, pies and pasties by combining exquisite flavours with the finest produce.
